Progress: 29.9 miles - Deadfall Lake (mi 1542.4) to tentsite (mi 1572.3)
Today was my longest day, yet the 30 mile mark just barely evaded me. I feel no pressure to hit 30 miles, I assume that it'll come when it does. I could have walked a bit farther, but there was a nice tentsite here so I stopped. I felt really good hiking today.
Chewie and I are camped together, but it appears that Backtrack chose to stop a little short. I left him a note about 6 miles back at the Highway 3 crossing, so he ought to know that we're here.
