Progress: 20.3 miles - tentsite @ mi 219.6 to tentsite/campground @ mi 239.9
Today Gavin and I did the 20.3 miles through the desert and eventually up into the more deciduous higher elevation. It was long and hot, and we gained several thousand feet of elevation, climbing all day.
When we finally got into camp I was pleased to see that there were a few familiar hiker faces there. I cooked some dinner quickly and crawled into my tent as quickly as possible.
