Progress: 21.7 miles - Tom's (mi 127.1) to tentsite (mi 148.8)
Today was pretty full of hiking. It was a lot of upward elevation. The motivational messages I was saying to myself throughout today's miles had something to do with the largely portioned meals served at the Paradise Valley Cafe, where I'll be tomorrow morning to eat and then try to catch a ride into Idyllwild.
Tonight Data, Tucker, Oscar and I have been joined by Nicole and Sam, a married pair of thru hikers we encountered today, along with Impala another thru hiker.
